COST: Your registration fee includes sleeping accommodations and all meals. Registration with payment is requested on or before Wednesday, February 18
​

REGISTRATION: Please mail your payment with a copy of the registration form to Women’s Camp at "Women’s Camp, Box 22, Unity, Maine, 04988".  Last-minute registrations may not be accommodated.

Check-in Opens: Friday, February 20, 2026, Check-in starting 4 pm (A light dinner will be the first meal).
CHECK-out Closes: Sunday, February 22, 2026, Check-out by Noon (Breakfast will be the final meal).

MEALS: Friday dinner is bring your own sandwich, and the camp will provide homemade soups. Camp will also provide breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday morning breakfast. Contributions of salads, fresh fruits, baked goods, desserts, snacks or other communal dishes are voluntary and always appreciated. (YUM!). If you have a dietary, health or physical needs please it is requested that you advise Women's Camp via your registration form. 

ACCOMMODATIONS: Women's Camp rented the Health Lodge and the Program Lodge, which are both winterized buildings. Both buildings will be used for sleeping. They both have indoor bathrooms with showers and mattresses available (no cots). Feel free to bring your own cot. There are no individual bedrooms.

Camp Grounds and Area: A 300-acre property, Camp Runels offers a peaceful retreat with towering pines, open skies, and quiet, scenic trails that enhance the camp’s sense of tranquility. There is ample parking, a full kitchen, indoor showers, and tables and chairs offering comfort for the weekend.​

​ACTIVITIES:  Winter walks will be on the agenda, along with arts and craft projects. As always,s there will be singing, reading, relaxing, campfires, puzzles, cards, games, and whatever else you want to do! If you would like to plan an activity or excursion for the group, please use the 'Contact Us' form on our Homepage.

VOLUNTEERS: Campers are encouraged to volunteer to lead a workshop! Workshops can be anything from teaching a craft or skill to leading a walk/hike through the woods or taking a group to an off-camp excursion like a fair or shopping. You are only limited by your imagination. If you want to organize a day trip or outing, your ideas are always welcome!  Let us know. Feel free to email [email protected].

CONFIRMATION:  A confirmation email will be sent to all campers about 5 (five) days before camp and will include a welcome letter, suggested packing list, and a health form. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please email [email protected].

PACKING TIPS:  A heads up that some basic packing items to bring include a plate, bowl, cup, mug, water bottle, silverware, a dunk bag, and weather-appropriate clothing, including rain gear, warm layers and comfortable shoes. Also bring essential items like a warm sleeping bag (or sheets and blankets), a pillow, an extra blanket, toiletries, towels, a flashlight, batteries, sunscreen, bug repellent, a day pack, a camp chair and any personal comfort items. Key clothing includes underwear, socks (wool or wool-blend recommended), tops, warm layers, slippers, sneakers, PJs, and a hat, scarf and gloves &/or mittens. Optional items might include a journal, books, art and craft supplies, a sewing machine, games, a puzzle, a camera, earbuds/headphones, a yoga mat, a musical instrument, a cot, an extension cord, a fan, and/or a lamp.

*Girl Scout Registration $30
Women's Camp participants are encouraged to register as an adult Girl Scout, which costs $30 per year. We ask you to do this because Women's Camp kindly gets a discount on campsite rentals from the various Girl Scout Councils in New England, for being an organization made up of adult Girl Scouts. Therefore, we encourage campers to register as adult Girl Scouts. Girl Scout Membership runs from Oct 1 to Sept 30. If you are not currently a registered adult Girl Scout, please register before Winter Weekend at

From the North and South:
Take Interstate 93 to N.H. Exit 2. (Routes 38 & 97, Salem, Pelham). Bear right at the end of the ramp towards Pelham, Salem. Go approximately .2 of a mile to the traffic lights. Turn right at the traffic lights onto South Policy Road. Follow Policy Road for approximately 1 mile to the traffic lights. Turn right at the traffic lights onto Route 38 South (Lowell St.). Follow Route 38 for 4.1 miles. Camp Runels is on the left side of the road. The Camp road is approximately 1 mile long.
